The room rates are only bookable, if rooms are available from the respective categories. They are not valid during trade shows, congresses, bank holidays and local events. Suites and superior suites on request and subject to availability. The above rates are inclusive of breakfast and VAT.
- Please note: from 1. January 2014, the City of Berlin is collecting within it`s boundary a cultural subsidy – the so called „CityTax“ amounting to 5% of the accommodation rate. According to the municipality tax regulations it is the obligation of the lodging industry to collect the tax and to pass it on to the City of Berlin. The tax must be paid by the traveller locally.
- From 1st April, 2024, the state of Berlin will levy a cultural development tax called “city tax” amounting to 5% of the net overnight price excluding 7% VAT on overnight stays for business purposes.The statutes of the State of Berlin stipulate that all hotels collect this tax and pay it to the State of Berlin. The above room prices are per room and night plus the cultural development tax of 5%.
- "Our little guests" are in the room with parents free of charge up to 12 years. From 12 years we charge € 50.00 per night per child including breakfast.
- For dogs we charge nothing (€ 0.00) and your dog gets our dog package.
- The underground parking spaces are € 25,00 per car / night
