A meeting room appropriate in size to accommodate the number of participants
Conference equipment: flip chart including paper and pens, pin board, overhead projector or beamer and screen, presentation case, free W-LAN in the conference room
Writing pads and pens for the participants
Welcome coffee and tea with different snacks
Unlimited soft drinks in the room (mineral water, appel- and orangejuice)
Two Coffee breaks including: coffee, tea, seasonal fruit basket, up to 3 different snacks (hot and cold) and daily changing pastries

Please note, that the conference room rental fee is included in the conference package. This is subject to a minimum number of participants. In case of a smaller number of participants, an additional rental fee will be charged!
