The meeting and event package "relexa Comfort" includes the following:
A meeting room appropriate in size to accommodate the number of participants
Conference equipment: flipchart including, paper and pens, pin board, overhead projector or beamer and screen, presentation case, free W-LAN in the conference room
Unlimited soft drinks (mineral water and apple juice) in the room
Two coffee breaks: Morning break - coffee, tea, seasonal fruit basket and daily changing snacks Afternoon break - coffee, tea and daily changing pastries
Lunch from the daily changing buffet or 3-course meal including one soft drink 0,2l per person or mineral water or apple juice unlimited on the table

Please note, that the conference room rental fee is included in the conference package. This is subject to a minimum number of participants. In case of a smaller number of participants, an additional rental fee will be charged!
